Shipping
How much do you charge for shipping?
Standard shipping is FREE within the United States and its territories, with a minimum purchase of $100 USD.
For international shipments outside of the United States, a $25 flat fee is charged.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do ship internationally, however I do not have this shipping option available on my website. If you're interested in a product, and do not live in the U.S. or it's territories, please message me to place your order.
For international shipments outside of the United States, a $25.00 flat fee is added to the purchase price for standard shipping. Expedited shipping charges are also available for an additional cost on a case-by-case basis.
Please note for international shipments that the buyer is responsible for any foreign customs or import duties and taxes. Some countries may add a customs duty or other taxes and fees in order to collect the package.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All orders will be shipped via standard delivery unless otherwise requested, typically with USPS First Class Mail. For orders within the United States, this usually means up to 1 week for shipping time.
If an item is in stock then it will ship within 3 business days. However, please allow up to four weeks for the creation of any custom, made-to-order, or out-of-stock merchandise. This time frame does not include shipping time.
As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
I always try my best to have your order to you as soon as possible! However, expedited shipping is available for an additional cost, if you would like your piece sooner or need it by a particular date. Please specify when you would like to receive your piece when placing the order, and I will provide expedited shipping options and pricing.
Expedited shipping is available for shipping worldwide. Pricing depends on delivery speed and carrier pricing and is determined on a case by case basis.
How will my item be packaged?
All jewelry purchases are packaged in a jewelry box or velveteen pouch with tissue paper, depending on the size of the piece. They are then shipped in a small, non-descript white box.
Gift Packaging
I'm ordering jewelry as a gift. Do you offer special gift packaging?
Yes, gift packaging is available! Please be sure to specify when checking out if the purchase is shipping directly to the recipient of the gift or if it is going to the buyer.
If the order is being sent directly to the recipient, please include any gift message in the "notes to seller" prompt at time of checkout and it will be included on a gift tag within the jewelry packaging.
If the order is being sent to the buyer to gift at a later date, the gift packaging will include a jewelry box, tissue paper, gift bag and gift tag for easy gifting. Some jewelry designs may be too large too fit within a jewelry box, in which case the jewelry will be packaged in a velveteen pouch.
Returns
What can I do if my purchase doesn't fit or I'm not happy with it?
If an item you purchased or received as a gift is not what you ordered or you are unhappy with it, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order and I'll work with you to replace or refund your purchase. I want all of my customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases, so please contact me with any concerns or questions!
Please note that each piece of jewelry is handcrafted with love, making every piece bought from Caitlin Paul Jewelry, LLC special. Please allow for variances in color and finish as it may appear slightly different in person than when viewing on your computer or mobile devices.
Do you offer refunds on returned items?
Refunds will be offered for any order that is returned in new condition within 30 days. If you placed an order through this website, my Etsy page or in person at an art show, you have 30 days after delivery of the order to request a full refund or exchange. If the order was received more than 30 days ago, then refunds will only be offered at the seller's discretion.
If an item was purchased as a gift and you are unhappy with it or it doesn't fit, please message me. If the purchase date is older than 30 days, the item may still be returned at the seller's discretion if it is not damaged or showing signs of wear. Gift recipient is responsible for return shipping costs and will only be credited for the value of the initial purchase.
Please note that all return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, except in the rare event the jewelry sent was incorrect, damaged, or defective. In this case, the buyer has 30 days to return the item. Once received, the piece will be inspected and either a full refund, exchange, or repair will be issued for the order. In the unlikely event that the jewelry was defective, return shipping will be reimbursed with a receipt with matching tracking numbers.

Can I return or exchange a custom order?
No, at this time custom orders are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged due to the nature of the jewelry item being designed specifically for you.
